In 2008, we set out to make a difference.
We wanted to surround ourselves with people doing meaningful work, and design projects that would positively impact the communities we live in, and the planet we share.
Today, we help local companies, brands and ideas take shape – and global campaigns come to life. From international climate summits to small, organic vineyards, every single project marries our passion for great design with our love for the natural world and respect for the diversity of people, perspectives, and projects helping to move the world forward.
Our Approach
We (humbly) think you’ll find working with us pretty dang refreshing. We are smart, organized, efficient, and seriously good with all kinds of people! You’ll appreciate our capacity to tell a story using a cohesive design system (a strategically-crafted series of elements designed just for you) to engage every one of your audiences, every step of the way.
Our Services
We are happy to take on one brand, one website, one project at a time, or act as an extension of your in-house team to design cross-platform design systems that will keep you humming along (and looking great!). While we focus primarily on the front-end design when it comes to websites, we partner with a few incredibly brilliant development teams to ensure the project is a success from discovery through the launch, and beyond!
Our services include:
Event Collateral
Cross-Platform Design Systems
Product Launch
Campaign Rollout
Logo Design & Brand Identity
Accessible Front-end Website Design
Print Design
Packaging & Promotional Design
Elise Weeks
Co-founder, Creative Director
There’s no one way to sum up Elise, because she’s a best-of-both-worlds kind of person. She’s equal parts tiny detail and panoramic view – a rare and crazy concoction of business brain and artist eye that makes brands stand out and websites stand the test of time. She’s a thinker and a dreamer, an empath and an entrepreneur, a perfectionist and a compassionate friend to the messiness of all mankind. In her downtime you’ll likely find her creating or completing a beautifully illustrated, perfectly lettered, possibly impossible to-do-list.
Surprising Talent: Painting window trim and playing a bit of banjo
Cause she deeply cares about: Racial equality and climate change
Honestly, the world would be better without: Black flies
Oh so inspired by: Danielle Krysa (a.k.a. The Jealous Curator), Fabien Barral

Still wants to visit: New Zealand
Her work passion: Accessible web design & hand-lettered logos
Megan Keogh
Co-founder, Creative Director
The minute you meet Megan you’ll feel like you’ve been dropped in an ocean full of energy drink. Not the sugary kind that makes you all jittery and nervous – but the all-natural, organic, vibrant kind that wakes up your senses and brings you wildly back to life. She’s a lickety-split problem solver, a speed of light designer, and a true expert of all things printed, papered, published or produced. On any given Sunday you’ll find her busy in her garden, cultivating, propagating and promoting a more beautiful world.
Surprising talent: Flamenco dancing
Cause she deeply cares about: Forgotten or injured animals
Could Seriously Live Without: Misbehaving plants
All the feels for: Nina Simone
Book on her nightstand right now: Diana Herself, Martha Beck
Still wants to visit: Japan

Chelsea Cumings
Project Manager
If you ever find yourself on a road trip across the country without a map, or looking for a needle in a haystack, or ghastly late for the big event, Chelsea is the one you want by your side. This girl is seriously on the ball, and totally chill. Not only could she organize the United Nations, she could make every single member feel right at home. She makes complicated projects feel simple to achieve and stays calm in even the most raging of storms. We like to think of her as the & in Pixels & Pulp – she’s at the center of everything and brings balance to every project. In her free time, you’ll likely find her hanging anywhere in nature with her dog, Finn, and husband, Nick.
Surprising Talent: Banding lobsters
Cause she deeply cares about: Animal rescue
Could Seriously Live Without: Tailgaters
Oh so inspired by: Kurt Vonnegut and Wes Anderson
Book on her nightstand right now: The Dutch House
Still wants to visit: As many places as possible
Her work passion: Building relationships and making people’s lives a little easier
“P&P is exacting in their attention to aesthetic details, as well as in thinking about the functions of their designs. They're also mindful of cost, by producing elegant, accessible, modern designs that can scale as sites grow and evolve, and in making visual languages that can move between digital and tangible products as needed.”
